1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the DistaCourse educational platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our remote learning services and digital workspaces.

2. User Accounts & Registration

To access our learning paths, group courses, or private sessions, you must create a secure user profile. You are strictly responsible for:

• Maintaining the absolute confidentiality of your login credentials and account password.
• Providing accurate, current, and complete information during your launch preparation stage.
• Notifying our technical support immediately at support@distacourse.com of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3. Intellectual Property & Course Material

All educational content, interactive materials, digital assets, video streams, source code, and design architecture hosted on DistaCourse are the exclusive property of DistaCourse and are protected by international copyright laws.

When you enroll in a certified tier, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the materials solely for your personal educational growth. You are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, broadcasting, or selling any part of the course materials to third parties.

4. Premium Tiers, Billing & Refund Policy

Access to our specialized interactive courses requires the fulfillment of financial transactions as outlined in our catalog:

• B2B & B2C Invoicing: All fees are processed securely, and official tax invoices or retail receipts are issued based on your corporate identity registration data.
• Schedule Synchronization: For private sessions, schedules must be synchronized and locked in advance. Cancellations or schedule modifications must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the classroom start time.
• Refund Policy: Due to the interactive nature and immediate delivery of digital materials, refunds for premium tiers are typically not provided once classroom access is granted, unless explicitly dictated by specific consumer protection rights.

5. Digital Classroom Code of Conduct

We pride ourselves on offering high-end, real-time engagement. Users must behave respectfully within the digital workspaces and interactive group tracks. Any form of harassment, hate speech, automated spamming, or disruption of the educational environment will result in immediate termination of account access without a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

DistaCourse provides remote learning services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for maximum platform stability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific milestones, as individual student growth depends heavily on personal commitment and workflow execution.
